How to Engage Youngsters and Create Leaders for the Future

Description:
In an effort to engage the next generation of project managers (15-25 years old), PMs for the Future, or PMIRS' Academy for Talented Youngsters was created. Inspired by the X-Men comic book series, participants from the program will help conduct the presentation using their "special abilities" of team leadership, scope vision, risk shield and communication, while "Professor Xavier" will give guidance and encouragement. This interactive session will help participants plan a similar program in their own chapter.

Learning Objectives:
Describe how to create a program to attract young students to be members and volunteersCreate a win-win environment where students can develop their skills and the chapter can get new leaders for the future
